摘 要:随着饲料行业竞争的日趋加激,颗粒饲料、膨化饲料生产已成为饲料企业控制饲料品质的重要手段,而其生产过程中的高温、高湿条件,导致饲料中必备的热敏营养元素损失严重,影响饲料品质。近年来,饲料加工领域提出了油脂后喷涂新技术,即在膨化或制粒后,通过油脂添加,避免热敏营养元素的损失,从而保证饲料品质。文章将根据油脂后喷涂新技术的要求,研究设计一套油脂后喷涂系统,以满足饲料生产中油脂后喷涂需求。With the increasingly fierce competition in the feed industry,pellet feed and expanded feed production have become an important means for feed enterprises to control the feed quality.However,the high temperature and high humidity conditions in the production process lead to serious loss of necessary heat sensitive nutrients in feed,which affects feed quality.In recent years,the field of feed processing has put forward a new technology of oil spraying,which can avoid the loss of heat sensitive nutrients and ensure the quality of feed.In this paper,according to the requirements of the new technology of grease post spraying,a set of grease post spraying system was designed to meet the requirements of oil post spraying in feed production.
