摘　　要：某多层砖混结构建筑已使用多年,现需根据新的使用要求进行修缮改造。改造前为了解该建筑的结构安全性及抗震性能,为后续的改造提供依据,通过调查原有设计图纸、现场检测及建模分析对该建筑进行安全性鉴定。根据鉴定结论,提出合理的加固方案。The construction of a multistory brick-concrete structure building has been used for many years,and now it needs to be reformed according its new usage requirements.In order to know the safety and seismic performance of the structure of the building and provide accurate data basis for subsequent transformation,this paper tested and appraised the building through investing the original design drawing,checking the quality of the building and using software modeling.According to the conclusion,this paper presents a reasonable reinforced design plan.
