摘 要:基于现代污水处理厂排放标准和精细化管理要求日益提高的现状,为进一步提高工艺调控的准确度和响应度,以南方某城镇污水处理厂倒置AAO工艺为例,对AAO系列工艺关键内在因子进行了挖掘探究。通过各生化段水质数据分析,得出能够较好表征脱氮除磷效果的关键评价因子,同时发现在未开内回流时缺氧段同步硝化反硝化反应可成为脱氮主要贡献方式(脱氮贡献率可高达69%以上)、反硝化聚磷可成为除磷重要贡献方式(除磷贡献率达到26%),最后提出应用数学建模和信息化技术设计出一套生化智能调控系统,可最大程度挖掘系统内部脱氮除磷调控潜力。Based on the ever-increasing situation of emission standards and refinement management requirements for the modern sewage plant,In order to further improve the accuracy and responsivity of process control,the inverted AAO process of a southern municipal wastewater treatment plant was taken as an example,the key internal factors of AAO series process were explored.Through the analysis of the water quality data of each biochemical section,the key evaluation factors that can better characterize the effect of nitrogen and phosphorus removal were obtained,moreover,it was found that simultaneous nitrification and denitrification could be the main contribution mode of nitrogen removal(the contribution rate of nitrogen removal could be as high as 69%)and denitrifying dephosphatation could become an important contribution mode of phosphorus removal(the contribution rate of phosphorus removal reached 26%)in anoxic zone when recirculation was not open.Finally,an intelligent biological control system was proposed to design by application of mathematics modeling and information technology,which can maximize the regulatory potential of nitrogen and phosphorus removal.
