摘  要:长庆油田属于典型的低渗透油田,其油气开采过程中通常采用压裂作业进行增产,需要使用大量的新鲜水进行工作液配制,造成油气开采成本较高。针对此问题,采用臭氧气浮一体化(DOF)处理工艺对压裂废液进行深度处理,利用臭氧气浮出水进行工作液配制,探究其资源化利用效果。研究表明,DOF工艺对进水COD、浊度和SS有较好的去除率,采用PAC作为混凝剂时,DOF对COD、浊度和SS的平均去除率分别为31.34%、96.36%、93.71%。采用PFS作为混凝剂时,DOF对COD、浊度和SS的平均去除率分别为33.95%、89.37%、85.11%。DOF进出水三维荧光分析可知DOF工艺对荧光类污染物有着良好的去除效果,结合液相色谱分子量分布分析,DOF工艺处理后有机物向小分子物质转化,并且PAC和PFS作为混凝剂时分子量分布基本一致。利用DOF出水配制的清水泥浆、盐水泥浆和压裂液均可满足油气田井场对三者的各项性能要求。其中,DOF出水配制的盐水泥浆较自来水配制有明显的性能提升,体系失水率下降了40%以上。Changqing Oilfield is a typical low permeability oilfield.In the process of oil and gas exploitation,fracturing is usually used to increase production,which requires a large amount of fresh water for working fluid preparation,resulting in high cost of oil and gas exploitation.In view of this problem,this study adopts the Dispersed ozone flotation(DOF)treatment process for advanced treatment of fracturing waste fluid,and uses the DOF process effluent for the preparation of working fluid,to explore the utilization effect of its resources.The research shows that DOF process has a good removal rate of COD,turbidity and SS in influent water.When PAC was used as coagulant,the average removal rates of COD,turbidity and SS by DOF were 31.34%,96.36%and 93.71%,respectively.When PFS was used as coagulant,the average removal rates of COD,turbidity and SS by DOF were 33.95%,89.37%and 85.11%,respectively.Three-dimensional fluorescence analysis of DOF inlet and outlet water shows that DOF process has a good removal effect on fluorescent pollutants.Combined with the analysis of molecular weight distribution by liquid chromatography,the organic matter was transformed into small molecular matter after DOF process.The molecular weight distribution of PAC and PFS as coagulants is basically the same.The clear water mud,brine mud and fracturing fluid prepared from DOF process effluent can meet the performance requirements of the three systems in oil and gas field wellsite.Compared with tap water,the performance of the salt water slurry prepared with DOF effluent is significantly improved,and the water loss rate of the system is reduced by more than 40%.
