摘  要:湿地植被是湿地生态系统的重要组成部分,并对地下碳库有直接与间接影响。以若尔盖高寒草本沼泽为对象,分析草本沼泽生物量季节动态及细根周转特征。结果表明:若尔盖高寒草本沼泽地上生物量和地下生物量季节动态均呈单峰型曲线,其中,地上生物量和地下生物量的最大值分别为518.3和2147.4 g·m^(-2)。7、8、9月0~10 cm土层地下生物量占0~50 cm土层比例均超过50%。其中,0~10 cm土层地下生物量最大值出现在9月上旬。0~50 cm各土层的细根年周转率为0.795~0.936 a-1,其中,细根年周转率最大值出现在0~10 cm土层。若尔盖高寒草本沼泽植物碳储量和磷储量分配均以地下部为主,而植物氮储量分配以地上部为主。本研究结果可为定量评估若尔盖高寒沼泽湿地净初级生产力提供基础数据支撑。Wetland vegetation is an important part of wetland ecosystems and exerts both direct and indirect effects on underground carbon pools.In this study,we measured the seasonal dynamics of biomass and fine root turnover in Zoige alpine marsh.The results showed that the seasonal dynamics of both aboveground and underground biomass of Zoige alpine marsh showed a unimodal pattern,with the maximum values of aboveground biomass and underground biomass being 518.3 and 2147.4 g·m^(-2),respectively.In July,August,and September 2019,underground biomass in the 0-10 cm soil layer accounted for more than 50% of the total biomass in the 0-50 cm soil layer.The maximum value of underground biomass in the 0-10 cm soil layer was found in early September.The average annual turnover rates of fine roots in the 0-50 cm soil layers were 0.795-0.936 a-1,with the maximum in the 0-10 cm soil layer.The carbon and phosphorus reserves of plants were mainly distributed in the underground part,whereas the nitrogen reserve was mainly distributed in the aboveground part.Our results provide basic support for quantitative assessment of net primary productivity of the Zoige alpine marsh.
