摘  要:结合实例说明相关文献中具有奖励作用的密度算子不能有效提升综合评价值,为此,分析原因并改进算子的密度权重的确定方法。进一步,将改进后的算子推广至犹豫模糊环境,在给定奖励等级基础上,确定等级系数、指标权重和密度权重,进而提出具有奖励作用的犹豫模糊密度算子,并研究其性质。然后,给出基于具有奖励作用的犹豫模糊密度算子的多属性决策方法,并通过应用实例以及与相关决策方法的比对,说明所提的方法是有效、合理的。An example is given to illustrate the density operator with encouragement function proposed by related literature, which can’t effectively improve the value of comprehensive evaluation. Therefore, the reason is analyzed and the method to determine the operator density weight is improved. Furthermore, the improved density operator with encouragement function is extended to the hesitant fuzzy environment. Based on the given encouragement grade, the methods of determining rank coefficient, index weights and density weights are given, and then the hesitant fuzzy density operator with encouragement function is proposed and its properties are studied. Then, a multi-attribute decision making method based on the hesitancy and density operator with encouragement function is proposed. Finally, the proposed method is proved to be effective and reasonable by an example and the comparison with other decision-making methods.
