摘 要:分别采用均相法和异相法,将SiO_(2)包裹的Fe_(3)O_(4)与三乙氧基氨丙基硅烷和水杨醛及其衍生物反应,合成了一系列磁性Fe_(3)O_(4)负载Schiff碱的吸附材料,并通过红外光谱(IR)、X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)等方法对制备的材料进行了全面表征。同时对这类材料在30℃时对水体中的Cu(Ⅱ)、Pb(Ⅱ)和Cd(Ⅱ)的吸附性能进行了研究,考察了合成方法、pH、离子浓度、材料结构等因素对吸附性能的影响,并研究了吸附材料的再生性能。研究结果表明,这类材料对Cu(Ⅱ)、Pb(Ⅱ)和Cd(Ⅱ)三种金属离子都表现出良好的吸附性能,在pH=1~6范围内,随着pH值的升高吸附量增加。相比较而言,异相法制备的吸附材料的吸附性能优于均相法,而Schiff碱上含有给电子基团的材料的吸附性能比其他基团更优异。这类吸附材料表现出优异的再生性能,经过4次循环后再生率为89.4%。The magnetic Fe_(3)O_(4)‑supported Schiff base adsorption material was synthesized via the reaction with activated silica gel silane and salicylaldehyde or its derivatives by homogeneous method and heterogeneous method,respectively.The prepared materials were fully characterized by infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),X‑ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and so on.The adsorption performance of these materials on Cu(Ⅱ)、Pb(Ⅱ)and Cd(Ⅱ)in water was studied at 30℃.The effects of synthesis method,pH value,ion concentration and material structures on the adsorption properties were examined.Finally,the regeneration property of the adsorbent was evaluated.The results showed that the obtained materials exhibited good adsorption performance for Cu(Ⅱ)、Pb(Ⅱ)and Cd(Ⅱ)ions,and the adsorption capacity increased with the increase of pH value in the range of 1~6.The adsorption capacity of the adsorbents obtained by heterogeneous method was better than those of homogeneous method.In addition,the materials bearing electron‑donating groups on the Schiff base showed better adsorption properties.This type of adsorbent exhibited good regeneration property with 89.4%regeneration rate after 4 cycles.
