摘　　要：随着经济社会的快速发展,企业越来越青睐于选择工程量清单计价模式,工程量清单计价方式更有利于企业核算成本,有利于企业更好的发展。而选择总价包干的方式则更需要被委托方企业核算清楚所需要的工程预算成本与材料用量成本。本文内容主要涵盖了工程量清单计价模式的内容与意义以及对于总价包干项目的计价具体标准问题做出规范性建议。With the rapid development of economy and society,enterprises are more and more inclined to choose the valuation mode of bill of quantities.The valuation mode of bill of quantities is more conducive to the accounting cost of enterprises and the better development of enterprises.The way to choose the total price contract is more necessary for the client enterprise to account for the required project budget cost and material consumption cost.This paper mainly covers the content and significance of the bill of quantities valuation mode and makes normative suggestions for the specific standard of valuation of the total price contract project.
