摘  要:相比于燃煤火力发电机组,燃气轮机联合循环发电机组的高效、启停快及调峰性强的优点,多用于电网调峰。由于燃气轮机发电机组频繁启停,汽轮机组冷端真空严密性不佳的问题比较普遍。汽轮机组冷端真空严密性不佳,直接影响汽轮机组冷端真空,直接影响机组安全和经济运行。某燃气轮机联合循环发电厂在长期对汽轮机组冷端真空严密性问题分析和改善过程中,总结了一套问题分析方法和经验,极大地改善了机组的经济效益。Compared with coal-fired thermal power generating units,gas turbine combined cycle generating units have the advantages of high efficiency,quick start-stop and strong peak regulation,and they are mostly used for power grid peak regulation.Due to frequent start-stop of gas turbine generating units,the problem of poor vacuum tightness at the cold end of steam turbine units is more common.The vacuum tightness of the cold end of the steam turbine unit is not good,which directly affects the vacuum of the cold end of the steam turbine unit,and directly affects the safety and economic operation of the unit.In a gas turbine combined cycle power plant,in the long-term analysis and improvement of the vacuum tightness of the cold end of the steam turbine unit,a set of problem analysis methods and experience were summarized,which greatly improved the economic benefits of the unit.
