高原地区岩石爆破效率影响要素的改进层次分析法研究

摘  要:为分析我国西部高原高寒高海拔地区地质和环境等要素对岩石爆破施工效率的影响,利用改进层次分析法(AHP)从地质特性、爆破工艺、施工组织、气候气象与灾害4各方面和14项具体要素建立高寒高海拔地区爆破施工全过程的分析模型,构建了分析影响岩石爆破效率的数学矩阵,计算影响要素的权重值。研究结果表明,高原地区岩石爆破效率主要影响要素为疫情不可抗因素、降雪和低温天气、高海拔降效、机械完好率,其权重值依次为0.160、0.154、0.153、0.110,施工中应重点关注气候气象与灾害。利用改进层次分析法开展高原高寒高海拔地区多种要素对岩石爆破效率影响程度的研究的结果量化且直观,为工程技术人员的施工组织提供借鉴。In order to study the influence of various factors such as high altitude and high altitude on the construction efficiency of rock blasting in plateau area,an analysis model including the whole process of blasting construction is established by using the improved analytic hierarchy process(AHP),and the analysis matrix of influencing rock blasting efficiency is constructed based on the three scale method,and the weight order of each influencing factor is calculated.The results show that among the 14 factors that affect rock blasting efficiency in alpine and high altitude areas,the main influencing factors are geological characteristics,blasting technology,construction organization,climate,meteorology and disasters.The weight values of the above elements are 0.160,0.154,0.153 and 0.110,respectively.During the construction process,we should focus on the climate,meteorology and disasters.Using the improved analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to carry out the quantitative research on the influence degree of various factors on rock blasting efficiency in high altitude and cold areas,the results are quantitative and intuitive,which can provide useful reference for the construction organization of engineering and technical personnel.
