摘　　要：铁死亡是一种细胞死亡方式,以铁依赖性、脂质过氧化物过度累积为特征,受多种代谢途径调控,在形态学、遗传学和生物化学等方面均不同于以往的细胞凋亡、焦亡或坏死等细胞死亡方式。心肌病心肌细胞铁死亡的发现,表明铁死亡是心肌细胞损伤的新机制,靶向干预铁死亡有望成为治疗心肌病的有效方法。本文就铁死亡、铁死亡与心肌病关系的研究进展作一综述。Ferroptosis, a new form of cell death, is characterized by iron-dependence and excessive accumulation of lipid preoxides, and is regulated by various metabolic pathways. It is different from the previous cell death as apoptosis, pyroptosis and necrosis in morphology, genetics and biochemistry. The discovery of ferroptosis in cardiomyopathy indicates that it will be a new mechanism of cardiomyocyte injury. Targeted intervention about ferroptosis is expected to be a new effective therapy of cardiomyopathy. This paper reviews the research progress of ferroptosis and its relationship with cardiomyopathy.
