心理距离、风险分担与PPP项目投资效果——基于“一带一路”39国经验数据的研究

摘　　要：基于“一带一路”沿线39个发展中国家1995-2019年的PPP项目数据,从母国社会资本视角深入探索心理距离和风险分担对PPP项目投资效果的影响及作用机制。结果表明:心理距离对PPP项目投资效果有负向影响;风险分担在心理距离与PPP项目投资效果之间存在部分中介作用,具体而言是风险分担在心理距离的文化差异、政治系统差异、工业化水平差异三个维度与PPP项目投资效果之间存在中介作用。Based on the PPP project data of 39 countries from 1995 to 2019 along the“Belt and Road”,this paper explores the mechanism of psychic distance and risk sharing on the investment effect of PPP projects from the perspective of the social capital.The empirical results show that,psychic distance has a negative impact on the investment effect of ppp projects,risk sharing has a partial mediating effect between psychic distance and PPP project investment effect.Specifically,the partial mediating effect is between the project investment effect and three dimensions of psychic distance:cultural differences,political system differences and industrialization level differences.
