摘　　要：通过对技术市场与转移主体之间的技术价值、技术商品形态转化及应用导向进行分析讨论,界定了技术转移体系的关键要素、技术转移价值链,并借鉴美国技术转移体系经验做法,构建基于产品创新链的技术转移体系分析模型,针对我国技术转移体系存在的结构问题、共享机制、链条“断链”等问题,从政策制度、服务机构、多元服务、国际合作等4个方面提出若干思考与建议。Based on the analysis and discussion of technology value, technology commodity transformation and application orientation between technology market and transfer subjects, this paper defines the key elements of technology transfer system and technology transfer value chain. And then, it establishes the analysis model of technology transfer system based on product innovation chain is constructed based on the experience and practice of American technology transfer system. In view of the structural problems, sharing mechanism and ″broken chain″ in China′s technology transfer system, it puts forward some thoughts and suggestions from the four aspects of policy system, service institution, multi-service and international cooperation.
