热敏显色剂3,3’-二烯丙基-4,4’-二羟基二苯砜合成工艺研究

摘　　要：3,3’-二烯丙基-4,4’-二羟基二苯砜作为一种显色剂,相较于双酚A,其对环境和生物体更加友好。文章对3,3’-二烯丙基-4,4’-二羟基二苯砜的合成工艺进行研究,以双酚S与3-溴-1-丙烯为原料,合成3,3’-二烯丙基-4,4’-二羟基二苯砜;考查反应溶剂(温度)、反应时间对反应的影响,并确定了重排反应的较佳条件为:双酚S二烯丙基醚在1,2,4-三氯苯中,214℃回流5小时。最后得到产品纯度为98%,以双酚S计产品收率75%以上。In this paper,the synthetic strategy of 3,3’-diallyl-4,4’-dihydroxy diphenyl sulfone was studied.3,3’-Diallyl-4,4’-dihydroxy diphenyl sulfone was synthesized from bisphenol S and 3-bromopropene.The effects of solvent(temperature)and duration on the reaction were investigated,and the optimized reaction conditions of rearrangement were determined as follows:Bisphenol S diallyl ether was refluxed in 1,2,4-trichlorobenzene at 214 oC for 5 hours.As a result,the purity of the product is 98%,and the yield of the product is greater than 75%based on bisphenol S.
