摘 要:采用搅拌摩擦加工(FSP)技术对5086铝合金进行单道次加工,并对材料的微观结构、力学性能、储能模量和阻尼行为进行研究。研究表明,5086铝合金经FSP后,合金中晶粒得到细化,且第二相颗粒数量和位错密度明显降低。经FSP后5086铝合金的伸长率显著提高,其中低转速FSP试样的伸长率为22%,比母材提高了83%;在350℃时,低转速FSP试样的内耗值高达0.068,比母材内耗值高55%;当应变量高于0.06%时,合金中更多的小晶界发生滑移运动,诱发晶界阻尼,使得FSP试样的阻尼性能均明显优于母材。5086铝合金储能模量分别随着温度和应变的升高而增加,且FSP试样的储能模量均明显高于母材。Friction stir processing(FSP)technology was used for single pass processing of 5086 aluminum alloy.The microstructure,mechanical properties,storage modulus and damping behavior of the alloy were investigated.The results reveal that the grain in 5086 aluminum alloy is refined after FSP,and the number of second phase particles and dislocation density are decreased obviously.After FSP,the elongation of 5086 aluminum alloy is significantly enhanced,and the elongation of low rotation speed FSP sample reaches 22%,which is 83%higher than that of base metal.At 350℃,the internal friction value of low rotation speed FSP is 0.068,which is 55%higher than that of base material.When the strain is higher than 0.06%,small grain boundaries occur to slip and induce grain boundary damping,which takes the damping properties of FSP samples superior to that of base metal.The storage modulus of 5086 aluminum alloy is increased with the increase of temperature and strain,respectively,and the storage modulus of FSP samples is significantly higher than that of base metal.
