摘  要:采用LoTOx臭氧氧化脱硝技术的催化裂化装置普遍存在伴生高氮、高盐污水问题,总氮含量严重超出环保限值且易冲击污水处理系统,因此开发成熟、经济、可实施的处理技术并付诸工业实践对相关企业具有指导和借鉴作用。在深入分析归纳污水水质的基础上,选择缺氧-好氧-好氧(AOO)三段生物滤池技术,验证了培养驯化耐盐微生物对污水反硝化处理的可行性。实验室小试结果表明,污水经稀释一倍后处理,硝酸盐氮平均去除率高达94.8%。以此为依据建成的20 m^(3)/h脱硫脱硝污水处理工业化装置的总氮去除率达到70%左右,出水各项指标均达到《石油炼制工业污染物排放标准》中水污染特别排放限值要求。该工艺技术和设备成熟,运行操作费用仅为0.54元t,具有良好的经济性。Waste water discharged from FCC LoTOx unit has the characteristics of highly saline and total nitrogen(TN).TN value exceeds the maximum emission standard limit,but the problem is difficult to be solved because the saline wastewater could shock wastewater treatment system.As a result,exploring a kind of economical&proven technology has significant meaning for setting a demonstration to other enterprises encountering similar problems.Based on analyzing and summing up the wastewater quality,biological filter technology with three-stage process(AOO)is proven useful for bio-denitrification.As a point,salt tolerance of biofilm depends on microbial cultivation and acclimation but not using commercial engineering bacteria.According to the experimental results,the average NO_(3)-N removal rate is up to 94.8%when the wastewater is diluted one time for treating.Industrial unit with acapacity of 20 m^(3)/h was built,which could remove 70%TN from the wastewater.All water quality parameters of unit outlet are coming up to the effluent permit limits from“Emission standard of pollutants for petroleum refining industry.”The developed process is cost-effective because the operation costs as low as 0.54 CNY t of wastewater treated.In conclusion,the successful experience could be copied to similar enterprises.
