摘  要:芳香烃受体(AhR)是重要的环境化学物感受器,虽长期受到关注,但多数研究集中于其受外源化学物激活后对代谢酶的调控作用。近年来发现AhR在生理状态下可以被内源性配体激活,并与多条信号通路有交互作用,介导多种生命活动。环境化学物也可能通过干扰AhR正常功能而导致疾病发生。本文对AhR在环境化学物毒性效应中作用的研究现况进行介绍。Aryl hydrocarbon receptor(AhR)as an important environmental chemical sensor has received long-term attention,but most research focuses on the regulation of metabolizing enzymes in response to exogenous chemicals.Recently,AhR has been found to be activated by endogenous ligands under physiological conditions,and interact with a large number of signal pathways to mediate a variety of life activities.Environmental chemicals may also cause diseases by interfering with the physiological function of AhR.The purpose of this paper is to provide an overview of AhR-mediated environmental chemical toxicity.
