摘　　要：在涂料中添加各种助剂来改善涂料的性能,已经成为防腐蚀涂料研究的一个热点领域。将水性硅溶胶与硅丙树脂复配,并与色浆复合,制得一种金属防腐涂料。研究了色浆的添加量对涂层性能的影响,同时在金属防腐涂料中添加光稳定剂、消光粉以及增稠剂并通过调节各种助剂的加入量来改善涂料的性能,考察了漆膜的附着力、硬度、耐盐雾性等性能的变化情况,最终得到各助剂加入量的最佳值。It has become a hot field in the research of anti-corrosion coatings to add various additives to improve the performance of coatings. The water-based silica sol was compounded with silicone acrylic resin and color paste to prepare a kind of metal anticorrosive coatings. The effect of the amount of color paste on the coating performance was studied. At the same time,the light stabilizer,the matting powder and the thickener were added into the metal anticorrosive coatings and the performance of coatings was improved by adjusting the addition of various additives. The changes of adhesion,hardness and salt spray resistance of the film were investigated. Finally,the optimal amount of each additive was obtained.
