摘  要:为探索危险废物综合利用的合规性和可行性,调查了废溶剂回收加工工艺、醇酸漆稀释剂生产工艺,并对再生甲醇进行采样检测。结果表明,该案例危险废物产生方、再生加工单位和资源利用单位三方形成生态链耦合,再生产品检测也符合标准,实现了资源闭环循环和风险管控的要求。最后对稳定达标和使用限制方面提出了建议。To explore the compliance and feasibility of comprehensive utilization of hazardous waste,the wastesolvent recovery process,the production process of thinners for alkyd paint were investigated,and the regeneratedmethanol was sampled and tested.The results showed that in this case,the hazardous waste generator,renewableprocessing units and resource utilization unit three-party formed an ecological chain coupling.The renewableproducts testing also met the standards.The case realized the requirements of resource closed loop and risk control.Finally,recommendations were made with regard to stable compliance and usage restrictions.
