摘  要:通过建筑反射隔热涂料用成膜物质、颜料、功能性填料等方面的发展介绍该涂料生产技术的进展。其中,成膜物质的进展包括以提高涂料耐沾污性和耐久性为主要目的有机硅、氟碳改性聚丙烯酸酯乳液和环氧-聚丙烯酸酯树脂共混物,以及地聚物、地聚物-苯丙乳液共混物、硅溶胶-聚丙烯酸酯乳液共混物等。功能性填料和颜料的发展体现在诸如陶瓷粉、膨胀聚合物微球、反光粉、反射隔热粉、热反射粉和高性能玻璃空心微珠以及“冷颜料”等新产品的出现及其应用技术方面。成膜物质和功能填料复合于一体的新型复合材料对于简化涂料生产,提高涂料性能有一定意义。The progress of production technique of architectural reflective heat insulation paint was introducedthrough the development of the film forming materials,pigments and functional fillers,etc.The progresses of filmforming materials include the blends composed of organic silicon resin,fluorocarbon modified polyacrylate emulsionand epoxy-polyacrylate resin used to enhance stain resistance and durability of the paint,and the new type of filmforming materials,such as geopolymer,geopolymer-styrene-acrylic emulsion blends and silica sol-polyacrylateemulsion blends,etc.The development of the pigments and functional fillers mainly reflects in appearance andapplied techniques of ceramic powder,expandable polymer microspheres,reflective powder,reflective heat-insulating powder,heat reflecting powder,high performance glass cenosphere and“cold pigment”,etc.It hassome meaning to simplification of paint production and improvement of the paint performance by combinatin of filmforming materials and functional fillers.
