摘　　要：随着信息技术的不断发展,"互联网+"新业态企业的劳动关系逐渐引起了社会的关注。本文通过对武汉Y企业的实证调查,分析了新业态企业劳动关系中存在的问题,提出了相应的解决策略,以期对现有的新业态企业劳动关系研究提供有益的补充。With the continuous development of information technology,the labor relations in the new industrial enterprises of the Internet Plus initiative has gradually attracted the attention of the society.Based on the empirical investigation to enterprise Y in the city of Wuhan,the paper analyzes the problems existing in the labor relations of new industrial enterprises,and puts forward corresponding solutions in order to make contribution to the existing research on the labor relations of new industrial enterprises.
