摘 要:“食”旅游强调以地方特色美食作为吸引物,结合自然和人文景观充实旅游者体验过程,是一种具有休闲、文化属性的新兴旅游活动。“食”旅游研究包含国外“Food Tourism”与国内“美食旅游”、“饮食旅游”,通过搜集国内外1996~2020年间的721篇文献,从作者及来源、研究案例地、研究历程入手,探讨国内外“食”旅游研究态势。结果表明:国外研究较起步早、历时长,研究内容较为丰富,研究方法多元;国内研究起步较晚,研究内容正处于拓展阶段,研究方法也正趋多元化。“Food”tourism emphasized the attraction of local specialties and the combination of natural and cultural landscapes to enrich the experience of tourists.It was an emerging tourism activity with leisure and cultural attributes.The“food”tourism discussed in this article included foreign“Food Tourism”and domestic“food tourism”and“food tourism”.By collecting 721 articles from 1996 to 2020 at home and abroad,from the author and source,research case location,and research process to discuss the research trend of“Food”tourism at home and abroad.The results showed that the foreign research started relatively early,lasted long,the research content was relatively rich,diverse research methods;Domestic research started late,the research content was in the expansion stage,and the research methods were becoming diversified.
