TLIF和PLIF治疗腰椎滑脱症的效果及对患者椎间融合情况的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨椎间孔椎体间融合术(TLIF)和后路腰椎椎体间融合术(PLIF)治疗腰椎滑脱症的效果及对患者椎间融合情况的影响。方法:选择本院2019年3月-2020年3月62例腰椎滑脱症患者作为研究对象,按手术方法分为TLIF组和PLIF组,各31例。两组均行椎弓根螺钉固定,TLIF组行椎间孔椎体间融合器融合,PLIF组行后路融合器椎间融合,两组均用钉棒融合器撑开复位。观察两组临床效果、椎间融合情况、并发症。结果:TLIF组的临床效果优于PLIF组(P<0.05),椎间融合率(96.77%)高于PLIF组的80.65%(P<0.05);并发症发生率(6.45%)低于PLIF组的25.81%(P<0.05)。结论:相较于PLIF,TLIF治疗腰椎滑脱症患者可通过提高椎间融合率和降低并发症的发生,提高治疗效果。Objective:To investigate the effect of transforaminal lumbar interbody fusion (TLIF) and posterior lumbar interbody fusion (PLIF) on lumbar spondylolisthesis and its influence on patients’ intervertebral fusion.Method:A total of 62 patients with lumbar spondylolisthesis in our hospital from March 2019 to March 2020 were selected as the study subjects.According to the surgical methods,they were divided into the TLIF group and the PLIF group,with 31 cases in each group.Both groups underwent pedicle screw fixation,the TLIF group was fused with foraminal interbody fusion apparatus,the PLIF group underwent posterior interbody fusion,and both groups underwent open reduction with screw-rod fusion.The clinical effect,intervertebral fusion and complications of the two groups were observed.Result:The clinical effect of the TLIF group was better than that of the PLIF group (P<0.05),and the intervertebral fusion rate (96.77%) was higher than 80.65% of the PLIF group (P<0.05).The incidence of complication (6.45%) was lower than 25.81% of the PLIF group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with PLIF,TLIF in the treatment of lumbar spondylolisthesis can improve the therapeutic effect by increasing the rate of intervertebral fusion and reducing the incidence of complications.
