摘　　要：目的:探讨原发性骨质疏松症(OP)的影响因素与护理干预措施。方法:选取2019年1-12月本院收治的70例原发性OP患者(观察组)与70例健康体检者(对照组)。收集其基本信息,分析原发性OP影响因素。观察组70例患者均施以护理干预,比较护理前后观察组健康知识掌握情况、生活质量。结果:两组年龄、体重指数、吸烟、饮酒、牛奶每周<100 g、维生素使用情况、OP家族史占比比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经Logistic多因素回顾分析发现,年龄、体重指数、牛奶、运动情况、维生素使用情况、OP家族史是原发性OP主要影响因素。护理后,观察组各疾病知识掌握程度评分与生活质量量表(SF-36)各项目评分均高于护理前(P<0.05)。结论:年龄、体重指数、牛奶饮用情况、运动情况、维生素使用情况、OP家族史是原发性OP主要影响因素。给予原发性OP患者护理干预,可增加其健康知识掌握度,提升其生活质量。Objective:To explore the influencing factors and nursing intervention measures of primary osteoporosis (OP).Method:A total of 70 primary OP patients (observation group) and 70 healthy subjects (control group) admitted to our hospital from January to December 2019 were selected.Collected their basic information,and analyzed the influencing factors of primary OP.The 70 patients in the observation group were treated with nursing intervention,and the master of health knowledge and quality of life of the observation group before and after the nursing intervention were compared.Result:There were significant differences in the age,body mass index,smoking,drinking,milk per week <100 g,vitamin usage,OP family history ratio (P<0.05).Logistic multi-factor analysis found that age,body mass index,milk,exercise status,vitamin usage and OP family history were the main influencing factors for primary OP.After nursing,the scores of each disease of the knowledge mastery and each items of quality of life scale (SF-36) in the observation group were higher than those before nursing (P<0.05).Conclusion:Age,body mass index,milk drinking,exercise,vitamin use,and family history of OP are the main factors affecting primary OP.Nursing interventions for patients with primary OP can increase their health knowledge master degree and improve their quality of life.
