摘　　要：目的:研究湿性愈合敷料应用在Ⅱ、Ⅲ期压力性损伤患者中的护理效果,为临床提供依据。方法:选取2019年6月-2020年9月本院收治的100例Ⅱ、Ⅲ期压力性损伤患者作为研究对象,按随机数表法,分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组给予常规干性愈合敷料治疗,观察组采用湿性愈合敷料治疗,1个月后,观察两组治疗效果、住院时间、换药次数、肉芽生长时间、护理满意度、创面缩小及愈合时间。结果:观察组的总有效率为96.0%,明显高于对照组的80.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的住院时间、愈合时间、肉芽生长时间及创面缩小时间均明显短于对照组,换药次数明显少于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的总满意度(92.0%)明显高于对照组(76.0%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:湿性愈合敷料对Ⅱ、Ⅲ期压力性损伤患者效果显著,可明显缩短住院时间、创面缩小及愈合时间,提高满意度,在临床中值得推广应用。Objective:To analyze the nursing effect of wet healing dressing applied in patients with stageⅡ and Ⅲ pressure injury,so as to provide basis for clinical practice.Method:A total of 100 cases patients with stageⅡ and Ⅲ stress injury in our hospital were selected as the research objects from June 2019 to September 2020.According to random number table method,they were divided into the control group and the observation group,50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional dry healing dressing,while the observation group was treated with wet healing dressing.The differences in treatment effect,hospitalization time,dressing change times,granulation growth time,nursing satisfaction,wound shrinkage and healing time between the two groups were observed after 1 month.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.0%,significantly higher than 80.0% of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The hospitalization time,healing time,granulation growth time and wound shrinkage time of the observation group were significantly shorter than the control group,and the dressing change frequency was significantly less than the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The total satisfaction of the observation group (92.0%) was significantly higher than the control group (76.0%),the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Wet healing dressing has significant effect on patients with stageⅡ and Ⅲ pressure injury,which can significantly shorten the hospitalization time,wound reduction and healing time,improve satisfaction.It is worthy of promotion and application in clinical practice.
