摘  要:目的:对比观察应用皮肤原位再生医疗技术(MEBT/MEBO)联合光子治疗仪治疗Ⅳ期压疮的临床效果。方法:选取2019年1月-2020年7月在本院住院符合Ⅳ期压疮诊断的患者,按照随机数表法随机分治疗组(20例)与对照组(20例),其中治疗组采用皮肤原位再生医疗技术(MEBT/MEBO)联合光子治疗仪治疗压疮创面,对照组采用传统凡士林纱联合光子治疗仪常规消毒换药治疗压疮创面,对比观察两组创面面积缩小比例、清创时间及临床疗效。结果:治疗50 d后,治疗组压疮创面面积缩小比例显著高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组治疗2周后疼痛评分比对照组低(P<0.05),治疗组总有效率为95.0%(19/20),显著高于对照组的70.0%(14/20),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用皮肤原位再生医疗技术(MEBT/MEBO)联合光子治疗仪治疗Ⅳ期压疮,有效促进Ⅳ期压疮创面愈合,缩短Ⅳ期压疮创面治疗时间,减少瘢痕形成,而且操作简单,值得临床推广。Objective:To observe and compare the clinical effect of skin in situ regenerative medical technique (MEBT/MEBO) combined with photon therapy instrument for treatment of stage Ⅳ pressure ulcers.Method:From January 2019 to July 2020,the patients in our hospital were randomly divided into the treatment group (20 cases) and the control group (20 cases) according to the random number table method.The patients in the treatment group were treated with in situ skin regeneration technique (MEBT/MEBO) combined with photon therapy instrument.The control group was treated with traditional Vaseline Sand combined with photon therapy device with routine disinfection and dress change to treat pressure ulcer wounds.The reduction ratio,debridement time and clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared.Result:Fifty days after treatment,the proportion of wound area reduction of pressure sore in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment,the pain score in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was significant (P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment was 95.0% (19/20) in the treatment group,which was significantly higher than 70.0% (14/20) in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Application of skin in situ regenerative medical technique (MEBT/MEBO) combined with photon therapy instrument to treat stage Ⅳ pressure sore can effectively promote wound healing of stage Ⅳ pressure sore,shorten the treatment time of stage Ⅳ pressure sore wound,reduce scar formation,and the operation is simple and worthy of clinical promotion.
