睾酮类软膏联合中药外用内服对外阴硬化性苔癣患者疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探索睾酮类软膏联合中药外用内服对外阴硬化性苔癣患者疗效。方法:回顾性分析在2019年1月-2020年5月本院收治的120例外阴硬化性苔癣患者为此次试验对象,根据患者治疗方式分为两组,各60例,分别进行睾酮类软膏治疗、睾酮类软膏联合中药外用内服治疗,并对比各项症状消退时间以及治疗后1、3个月的症状积分以及各时间段的疾病控制率。结果:观察组患者治疗后1、2、3个月的疾病控制率均显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗后1、3个月的症状积分均低于对照组(P<0.05),瘙痒缓解时间、灼热缓解时间、白斑颜色恢复时间、疼痛缓解时间、排便困难缓解时间短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对外阴硬化性苔癣患者实施睾酮类软膏联合中药外用内服治疗效果显著,利于疾病控制,改善疼痛、排便困难、瘙痒感等症状。Objective:To explore the curative effect of Testosterone Ointment combined with traditional Chinese medicine for external and internal use in patients with vulvar lichen sclerosus.Method:A retrospective analysis of 120 patients with lichen sclerosus vaginalis admitted from January 2019 to May 2020 were the subjects of this test.According to the treatment methods of the patients,they were divided into two groups,60 cases in each group.Testosterone Ointment treatment,and Testosterone Ointment combined with traditional Chinese medicine for external use and internal administration were applied respectively.The time for the resolution of various symptoms,the symptoms scores of 1 month and 3 months after treatment,and the disease control rate in each time period were compared.Result:The disease control rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group at 1 month,2 months,and 3 months after treatment (P<0.05),and the symptom scores at 1 month and 3 months after treatment were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05).In observation the group,the relief time of pruritus,burning relief,white spot color recovery time,pain relief time,and defecation difficulty relief time were shorter than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment effect of Testosterone Ointment combined with traditional Chinese medicine for external and internal use in patients with lichen sclerosus of the vulva is significant,which is conducive to disease control and relieves symptoms such as pain,difficulty in defecation,and itching.
