摘　　要：目的:研究三孔法腹腔镜与Rutkow术对腹股沟疝患者疗效及血清C反应蛋白的影响。方法:选取笔者所在医院2019年4月-2020年4月收治的80例腹股沟疝患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组(40例)和对照组(40例)。对照组患者行Rutkow术,观察组患者行三孔法腹腔镜手术。观察两组临床疗效、手术相关指标、CRP水平、并发症发生情况和复发情况。结果:(1)观察组和对照组的总有效率分别为90.0%和67.5%,观察组较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);(2)观察组患者手术时间、出血情况、手术后患者下床活动时间、住院时间和VAS评分均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);(3)观察组术后8、24、48 h的CRP水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05);(4)观察组并发症发生率为2.5%,显著低于对照组,观察组复发率为2.5%,明显低于对照组的17.5%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:三孔法腹腔镜手术疗效较好,对机体损伤小,可以明显降低并发症的发生率和复发率,值得临床推广应用。Objective:To study the effect of three port laparoscopic surgery and Rutkow operation on patients with inguinal hernia and serum C-reactive protein.Method:A total of 80 patients with inguinal hernia admitted to our hospital from April 2019 to April 2020 were randomly divided into the observation group (40 cases) and the control group (40 cases).The control group received Rutkow operation,and the observation group received three port laparoscopic surgery.Observation index were clinical efficacy,surgery indicators,CRP content,complications and recurrence.Result:(1) The total effective rate of the observation group and control group were 90.0% and 67.5%,respectively,and the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).(2) The operation time,bleeding,postoperative ambulation time,living time in hospital and VAS score of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).(3) The level of CRP in the observation group at 8,24,48 h after operation was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).(4) The incidence of complications in the observation group was 2.5%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05),and the recurrence rate of the observation group (2.5%) was significantly lower than that of the control group (17.5%),the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Three port laparoscopic surgery has better curative effect on inguinal hernia patients,less damage and low incidence of complications and recurrence rate,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
