摘　　要：目的:探讨实施"6S"管理法对NICU病房管理质量的影响。方法:评估NICU病房管理现状,施行"6S"管理的一系列措施,定期进行患儿家属满意度调查、护士对"6S"管理活动效果评价问卷调查、病房管理质量定期考核,观察实施"6S"管理的效果。结果:实施后,各项病房管理质量考核评分均较实施前显著提高(P<0.05)。约95%的护士认同通过"6S"管理,不仅改善了病房工作环境,提高了工作效率、自我价值和护理安全,养成良好工作习惯,一定程度上缓解了工作压力,而且极大提高护理人员自身素养及增加了集体荣誉感。实施后患儿家属护理满意度(98.33%)较实施前(91.67%)提高(P<0.05)。结论:NICU病房管理采用"6S"管理模式后,对保障护理安全、提升护士素养、提高护士工作效率、简化出院流程、提高患儿家属满意度、改善良好病房环境、促进病房管理质量持续改进等发挥着显著效果。Objective:To explore the effect of "6S" management method on the management quality of NICU ward.Method:Evaluated the current situation of NICU ward management,implemented a series of measures of "6S" management,regularly carried out the satisfaction survey of children’s family members,the questionnaire survey of nurses’ evaluation of "6S" management activities,and regular assessment of ward management quality,observed the effect of "6S" management.Result:After implementation,the scores of each ward management quality assessment were significantly improved than those before implementation (P<0.05).About 95% of the nurses agreed that through "6S" management,not only the working environment was improved,the work efficiency,self-value and nursing safety were improved,developed good work habits,the work pressure was relieved to a certain extent,but also the nursing staff own quality and collective sense of honor were greatly improved.After implementation (98.3%),the nursing satisfaction of children’s family members was increased than 91.2% before implementation (P<0.05).Conclusion:After adopting "6S" management mode in NICU ward management,it plays a significant role in ensuring nursing safety,improving nurses’ quality,improving nurses’ work efficiency,simplifying discharge process,improving family satisfaction,improving good ward environment,and promoting continuous improvement of ward management quality.
