摘  要:针对钢轨打磨车打磨电机导向机构工作环境恶劣,经常出现润滑不良失效的情况,提出一种移动新型自润滑导向机构。该机构由自润滑导向套、高耐磨导向杆和新型密封圈构成。其中,固体润滑材料采用石墨与MoS2经改性和复合处理制成,导向杆经新型离子氮化后再进行镀铬处理。自润滑导向套与高耐磨导向杆构成匹配友好的摩擦副,使导向机构具备长期良好工作状态。经2年的作业运用考核,新型自润滑导向机构性能优异,不需日常专门维护,可很好地适应打磨车打磨电机导向机构低速、高温粉尘、重粉尘的作业工况。In view of the harsh working environment of the guide mechanism for grinding motor of rail grinding wagon and frequent failure of the mechanism due to poor lubrication,a new mobile self-lubricating guide mechanism is proposed.The mechanism consists of self-lubricating guide sleeve,high wear-resistant guide rod and new sealing ring.Among them,the solid lubricating material is made of graphite and MoS2 by modification and composite treatment,and the guide rod is treated with chromium plating after new ion nitriding.Self-lubricating guide sleeve and high wear-resistant guide rod form a matching and friction pair to make the guide mechanism have a good working state for a long time.After two years’running assessment,the new self-lubricating guide mechanism has excellent performance,and without routine special maintenance,it can also well adapt to such working conditions as low speed,high temperature dust and heavy dust of the guide mechanism for grinding motor of grinding wagon.
