摘 要:随着我国物流产业的快速发展,社会物流成本问题受到政府和社会各界的广泛关注。近年来,铁路货运两端收费成为制约铁路运输发展、影响全程物流成本降低的难点和关键。以中国铁路北京局集团有限公司管内货运两端收费调研为基础,从汽运短驳、专用线、装卸、装载加固、物流代理等方面,分析铁路货运两端降费空间、存在问题并提出对策和建议。With the rapid development of logistics industry in China,the issue of social logistics cost has been widely concerned by the government and all sectors of the society.In recent years,the railway freight both-end charging has become a difficult and key point restricting the development of railway transport and affecting the reduction of whole-process logistics cost.Based on the investigation on the both-end charging of freight under the administration of China Railway Beijing Group Co Ltd,this paper analyzes the space for cost reduction and existing problems at both ends of railway freight from the aspects of short barge of automobile transport,private siding,loading and unloading,loading reinforcement and logistics agency,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
