摘　　要：以山东华宇工学院为例,分析了房屋构造课程教学现状。从教学设计、教学实施路径方面介绍了BIM技术在房屋构造课程教学中的实践应用操作方法。将BIM技术合理运用到房屋构造课程教学中有利于学生对抽象知识的理解,能够进一步提高学生的学习兴趣,改善教学效果。Through taking Shandong Huayu University of Technology as an example,the research analyzes the present situation of building construction course teaching, introduces the practical application operation method of BIM technology in building construction course teaching from the following aspects,such as teaching design and teaching implement pathway. The rational application of BIM technology in building construction teaching can benefit student’s understanding of abstract knowledge,future improve the student’s learning interest,and improve teaching effect.
