摘  要:根据福建省茶叶、蔬菜、食用菌及再生稻4大特色产业,以及在农业技术推广服务中所采用的"科研试验基地、区域示范基地、基层推广站点及农户"有机结合的新模式,设计并提出农业技术推广的信息化服务体系结构。针对多元化推广服务需求和相关数据多类型、多主题和多源异构等问题,采用统一信息资源分类与编码的方法,基于ASP.NET框架的模型视图控制器(Model View Controller,MVC)结构,设计和实现了"GIS+"模式的推广服务信息化展示及其后端管理系统。该系统将各种数据按资源分类编码与WebGIS地图图层关联,并部署在可伸缩、可迁移的H3C CAS云平台中,支持物联网视频监控和传感器的接入,实现了对各特色产业的16个主题14064条服务数据及科研试验基地等的实时监测数据的动态管理与集成展示,已存储视频、图片和文本等多种类型数据约75 GB,可为企业、农户等提供便捷、高效的服务。According to four regional particular agricultural industries(i.e.tea,vegetables,edible fungi and regenerated rice)of Fujian Province and new organic combination mode of"scientific experiment base,regional demonstration base,grassroots promotion site and farmers"adopted in agricultural technology extension(ATE)service,an information technology service system for ATE were designed and proposed.To address issues of multiple types,multiple themes,multiple sources,and heterogeneities of data related to new ATE information service,a unified information resource classification and coding strategy was adopted.With use of coding strategy,a"GIS+mode"display system and its back-end management tool for ATE was designed and implemented based on the ASP MVC architecture of the.NET framework.This system associated various data with Web GIS map layers according to resource classification codes,was deployed in a scalable and migratable H3 C CAS cloud platform,supporting access and management of Internet of Things(Io T)monitoring equipment.It supported hierarchical control and integrated display of technical service information of multiple industries,which realized dynamic management and presentation of 14064 records with 16 agricultural themes and real-time monitoring data of related scientific research test base,etc.Various types of data(such as video,pictures,text and so on)were stored in the system(about 75 GB),which could provide convenient and efficient services for enterprises,farmers and so on.
