摘 要:采用双模板法,通过两步晶化制备了ZSM-5/SAPO-34复合分子筛,采用SEM、NH3-TPD、XRD、FTIR和N2吸附-脱附等方法对复合分子筛进行了表征,考察了模板剂种类、模板剂用量对复合分子筛结构和理化性质的影响,并研究了复合分子筛用于甲醇制芳烃反应的催化性能。表征结果显示,模板剂种类和用量对复合分子筛的结晶度、晶粒粒径和晶体结构有影响;与单模板法相比,采用双模板法可明显改善ZSM-5/SAPO-34复合分子筛的微观形貌、孔道结构和表面酸性。实验结果表明,与单模板法合成的分子筛相比,采用双模板法合成的复合分子筛催化剂的甲醇转化率明显提高,催化剂寿命延长,抑制了催化剂的积碳失活。Composite ZSM-5/SAPO-34 molecular sieves were successfully prepared by using a twostep synthesis route and characterized by SEM,NH3-TPD,XRD,FTIR and N2 adsorption-desorption.The effects of the type and dosage of the template on the structure and the physical-chemical properties of the composite molecular sieve were investigated,and the catalytic performance of the composite molecular sieve for the reaction of methanol to aromatics was also studied.The results of characterization show that the type and amount of template will affect the crystallinity,grain size and crystal structure of the composite molecular sieve.Compared with the single template method,the microscopic morphology,pore structure and surface acidity of the sample ZSM-5/SAPO-34 composite molecular sieve synthesized by the dual template method have been improved.The experimental results show that,compared with the molecular sieve synthesized by the single template method,the methanol conversion of the composite molecular sieve catalyst synthesized by dual-template method is significantly improved,the catalyst life is prolonged,and the carbon deactivation of the catalyst is inhibited.
