摘　　要：目的:建立一种准确、便捷的密胺餐具中三聚氰胺迁移量的检测方法。方法:采用10%乙醇作为食品模拟物对密胺餐具进行迁移量试验,获得的浸泡液在液相色谱仪上检测,通过外标法定量,得出密胺餐具中三聚氰胺的迁移量。结果:对色谱条件优化后,得出该方法的线性相关系数r2=0.999 9、检出限为0.038 mg·L^(-1)、精密度为0.103%~0.802%和准确度为98%~102.5%。结论:此方法操作便捷,所得结果准确,可用密胺餐具中三聚氰胺迁移量的检测。Objective: To establish an accurate and convenient method for the detection of melamine migration in melamine tableware. Method: 10% ethanol was used as a food simulant to test the migration amount of melamine tableware. The obtained soaking liquid was tested on a liquid chromatograph and quantified by an external standard method to obtain the migration amount of melamine in the melamine tableware. Results: After optimizing the chromatographic conditions, the linear correlation coefficient of the method is r2=0.999 9, the detection limit is 0.038 mg·L^(-1), the precision is 0.103%~0.802%, and the accuracy is 98%~ 102.5%. Conclusion: This method is convenient to operate and the results obtained are accurate. It can be used to detect the migration of melamine in melamine tableware.
