摘 要:目的:探讨分析智能手机对当代大学生学习方面的影响。方法:采用自行设计调查问卷的方法,对某校各年级大学生随机抽取共260人进行手机对学习影响的调查。结果:在手机使用时间方面,不同年级之间存在差异(F=3.414,P<0.05);在传统学习时间方面,不同年级之间也存在差异(F=15.232,P<0.05);手机功能使用方面,72.31%的学生选择微信、微博等娱乐功能,75.38%的学生选择观看视频功能,62.69%的学生选择学习功能;手机依赖程度方面,有3.08%的学生认为对手机无依赖,26.92%的学生认为对手机有轻度依赖,55%的学生认为对手机存在中度依赖,13.85%的学生存在重度依赖情况,而仅有1.15%的学生存在极重度依赖的情况。结论:随着年级的增长,手机使用时长也相应增加,所以传统学习的时间相对减少,但是随着年级的增长,对学习的主动性也有所提升,学生利用手机学习时间增多,正因如此,智能手机给各年级大学生带来的影响也不同,尤其是不利影响,对于低年级带来的是降低学习效率的不利影响,而对于高年级带来的是睡眠上的不利影响。因此,呼吁大学生理智使用智能手机,合理利用手机,将智能手机与学习有机结合。Objective:To explore and analyze the infl uence of smart phones on the learning of contemporary college students.Methods:Using a self-designed questionnaire,a total of 260 students from all grades in a school were randomly selected to conduct a survey on the infl uence of mobile phones on their learning.Results:In terms of mobile phone usage time,there are differences between different grades(F=3.414,P<0.05);in terms of traditional learning time,there are diff erences between diff erent grades(F=15.232,P<0.05);mobile phone function In terms of aspects,72.31%of students choose entertainment functions such as WeChat and Weibo,75.38%of stu-dents choose to watch video functions,and 62.69%of students choose learning functions.In terms of mobile phone dependence,3.08%of students think they have no dependence on mobile phones,and 26.92%Students believe that there is a slight dependence on mobile phones,55%of students believe that there is moderate de-pendence on mobile phones,13.85%of students have heavy depen-dence,and only 1.15%of students have extremely heavy dependence.Conclusion:As the grade increases,the duration of mobile phone use also increases,so the traditional learning time is relatively reduced,but as the grade increases,the learning initiative is also improved,and students use mobile phones to learn more time.The impact of mobile phones on college students of diff erent grades is also diff erent,especially the adverse eff ects.The lower grades bring adverse eff ects on learning effi ciency,while the upper grades bring adverse eff ects on sleep.Therefore,we call on the physiology of universities to use smart phones,make reasonable use of mobile phones,and integrate smart phones with learning.
