摘　　要：大学生是新时代社会发展的主要动力,面对日益激烈的社会环境,大学生心理问题突出。思政教育是高等教育工作的重要组成部分,而其传统模式正面临巨大挑战。通过对当前大学生心理健康状况和高校思政教育状况的分析,提出将心理治疗融入思政教育的有效策略,以实现维护当代大学生心身健康的最终目的。College students are the main driving force of social development in this new era.Facing the increasingly fierce social environment,college students’psychological problems are prominent.Ideological and political education of college students is an important part of higher education,and its traditional education model is facinggreat challenges.After analyzing the current situation of College Students’mental health,as well as the development of ideological and political education,this study puts forward the effective strategies ofintegrating psychotherapy into ideological and political courses,soas to achieve the ultimate goal of maintaining the mental and physical health of college students.
