新发展格局中经济内循环的形成与本质研究

摘　　要：开放和合作是每个国家发展经济的重要举措,我国自改革开放以来就一直遵循这样的理念在世界经济体系中发展和壮大,并一直扮演着重要的经济角色。为什么中央政治局在这个时候提出要加快形成以国内大循环为主体、国内国外双循环相互促进的新发展格局?内循环经济是不是闭关锁国?内循环经济的概念和本质是什么?带着这样的问题本文将从中美贸易战出发,分析美国污蔑中国贸易顺差的荒唐行为,进而分析经济内循环的概念和本质,最后本文提出实施经济内循环的建议和措施以及内外循环关系的处理,从而为实施经济内循环提供微薄的理论参考。Opening up and cooperation is an important measure for the economic development of every country.Since the reform and opening up,China has been following this concept to develop and expand in the world economic system,and has been playing an important economic role.Why does the Central Committee of the CPC put forward the strategy of economic internal circulation at this time?Is the internal circulation economy closed to the outside world?What is the concept and essence of internal circulation economy?With such a problem,this paper will start from China’s trade war,analyze the absurd behavior of the United States criticizing China’s trade surplus,and then analyze the concept and essence of economic internal circulation.Finally,this paper puts forward suggestions and measures for the implementation of economic internal circulation,so as to provide theoretical reference for the theoretical circles to study the economic internal circulation.
