摘  要:通过调研某省级电网公司的应急抢修队伍管理现状和多年来洪灾后受损电网应急抢修的过程与效果,聚焦洪灾后电网抢修中应急抢修队伍调配存在的问题,研究优化灾后应急抢修队伍的调配方式,以期在完善应急抢修队伍信息、电网基础信息的基础上,能够实现灾后应急抢修队伍的自动调配,为应急决策提供参考和支撑,提升洪水引发大面积停电事件电网抢修的效率。By investigating the management status of the emergency repair team of a provincial power grid company as well as the process and effectivrness of post-flooding emergency repairs for the damaged power grids for many years,with focuses on the problems in the deployment of emergency repair teams in the post-flooding power grid repairs,and the optimization of post-disaster deployment of the emergency repair teams is studies,so as to realize the automatic deployment of emergency repair teams after disasters on the basis of improvement of emergency repair team information and basic information of the power grid,for providing reference and support for emergency decision-making and improving the efficiency of power grid repairs caused by flooding-induced large-scale blackouts.
