摘 要:以正二十烷和萘为碳源和能源,经分离筛选和驯化培养,获得7株降解炼油废水中有机污染物的菌株,复筛后获得4株高效降解菌株。任意组合4株降解菌,确定了复合菌群的最佳配比,制备了复合微生物菌剂。将复合微生物菌剂加到稳定运行的曝气生物滤池(BAF)反应器中,当进水平均COD为95.3 mg/L、平均ρ(NH4+-N)为18.4 mg/L时,出水平均COD为32.6 mg/L、平均ρ(NH4+-N)为0.45 mg/L,COD去除率为65.8%,NH4+-N去除率为97.5%。Using n-eicosane and naphthalene as carbon source and energy source,7 strains for degradation of organic pollutant in oil refinery wastewater were obtained by isolation screening and domestication culture,and 4 strains of efficient degradation bacteria were obtained after re-screening.The 4 strains were combined randomly and then the optimal ratio of the composite flora was determined to prepare the composite microorganism agent.This compound microbial agent was added to a stable operating biological aerated filter(BAF)reactor,and when the average COD andρ(NH4+-N)of the influent were 95.3 mg/L and 18.4 mg/L,the average COD andρ(NH4+-N)of the effluent were 32.6 mg/L and 0.45 mg/L,and the removal rate of COD and NH4+-N was 65.8%and 97.5%,respectively.
