摘 要:采用等离子体引发将苯乙烯(St)接枝到聚丙烯(PP)纤维上制备了PP-g-St纤维,研究了其对废水中苯胺的吸附性能。PP-g-St纤维的最佳制备工艺参数为等离子体输入功率150 W、起辉时间5 min、接枝时间3 h,此时接枝率最大,为3.75%。SEM和FTIR表征结果表明,St成功接枝到了PP表面。PP-g-St纤维对苯胺的吸附速率较快,1.0 h内可达到平衡吸附量的85%左右。25℃时平衡吸附量最大,为34.4 mg/g。废水中含有的盐分对吸附有利。可用准二级动力学模型来描述PP-g-St纤维对苯胺的吸附过程,化学吸附过程中的活性位点是吸附速率的关键控制因素。吸附等温线符合Langmuir方程,为单分子层吸附。The PP-g-St fiber was prepared by grafting styrene(St)to polypropylene(PP)fiber with plasma initiation,and its adsorption capability to aniline in wastewater was studied.The optimum process parameters for preparation of PP-g-St fiberare as follows:input power 150 W,glowing time 5 min,and reaction time 3 h.Under these conditions,the grafting rate is the highest(3.75%).SEM and FTIR characterization results show that St is successfully grafted onto PP surface.The adsorption rate of aniline on PP-g-St fiber is fast,and the adsorption quantity can reach 85%of the equilibrium adsorption capacity within 1.0 h.The maximum equilibrium adsorption capacity is 34.4 mg/g at 25℃.Salt contained in wastewater is favorable to the adsorption.The adsorption process of aniline on PP-g-St fiber is accorded with the Pseudo-second-order kinetic equation,and the active sites in chemical adsorption process are the key controlling factors of adsorption rate.The adsorption isotherm met Langmuir isotherm adsorption model showing a monolayer adsorption.
