摘  要:电解锌浸出渣(电锌废渣)回转窑资源化受到原料、运行条件及污染物排放等因素影响,通过主成分分析法提取准则层并采用层次分析法确定各指标权重,构建电锌废渣回转窑资源化指标评价体系。结果表明,运行参数指标占比35.06%,资源化参数指标占比26.22%,污染指标占比38.72%,焦比、锌资源化率及TSP具有绝对贡献。经实例验证该指标体系具有较好的适用性,可为电锌废渣回转窑资源化效果评价提供参考。The leaching residue in zinc electrolytic production(electrolytic zinc residue)recycled in a rotary kiln is affected by raw materials,operation conditions,pollution emissions etc.The evaluation system of recycling index of electrolytic zinc residue in rotary kiln is established by extracting the criterion layer using principal component analysis and determining the weight of each index using analytic hierarchy process.The results show that the operating parameter indexes accounte for 35.06%,the product yield indexes account for 26.22%,the pollution indexes account for 38.72%,and the coke ratio,zinc recycling rate and TSP have absolute contribution.The instance shows that the index system has good applicability,which can provide reference for evaluation of recycling effect of electrolytic zinc residue in rotary kiln.
