摘  要:针对流化催化裂化(FCC)装置湿法脱硫烟气中颗粒物浓度现场监测数据高于在线监测数据的问题,从颗粒物的定义和分类、监测标准及方法等角度分析了现场手工采样时滤筒法和滤膜法存在的问题。指出造成颗粒物现场监测数据高于在线监测数据的原因为:玻璃纤维滤筒被雾滴润湿后雾滴中的可溶性盐及烟气中的铵盐气溶胶均被截留;石英滤膜吸水后可有效截留烟气中尚未纳入环保监测范围的Na2SO3、Na2SO4等可溶性盐及铵盐气溶胶、SO3气溶胶等可凝结颗粒物。针对上述问题,提出针对性的颗粒物现场监测对策,并结合现有FCC再生烟气湿法除尘脱硫工艺提出相应的装置优化建议。In view of the problem that the on-site monitoring data of particulate matter concentration in wet desulfurization flue gas of fluid catalytic cracking(FCC)unit is higher than the on-line monitoring data,the problems existing in the on-site manual sampling using glass fiber filter and quartz filter are analyzed from the perspectives of definition and classification,monitoring standards and methods of particulate matter.The reasons for the on-site monitoring data of particulate matter higher than the on-line monitoring data are as follows:The glass fiber filter wetted by the droplets can capture the soluble salt in the droplets and the ammonium salt aerosol in the flue gas;The quartz filter can effectively intercept the condensable particles in the flue gas including Na2SO3,Na2SO4,ammonium aerosols,and SO3 aerosols,which have not been included in the environmental monitoring scope.In view of the above problem,the targeted countermeasures for particulate matter on-site monitoring are provided,and corresponding suggestions for device optimization are proposed in combination with the existing wet dust extraction and desulfurization process of FCC regeneration flue gas.
