摘　　要：焦磷酸钙沉积病是指焦磷酸钙晶体沉积于关节透明软骨和纤维软骨,以及关节周围组织,如滑膜、肌腱、滑囊,特征是软骨钙化,急性发作时称假性痛风。其临床表现多样,发病率随着年龄增长而升高,对其准确诊断具有重要意义。肌骨超声的应用使其诊断敏感性及特异性均有所增高,本文就肌骨超声在焦磷酸钙沉积病中的应用价值进行综述。Calcium pyrophosphate deposition disease refers to the deposition of calcium pyrophosphate crystals on the hyaline cartilage,fibrous cartilage of the joint and the tissues around the joint,such as the synovium,tendon,and bursa.It is characterized by calcification of the cartilage and is called pseudogout during an acute attack.Since the clinical manifestations of calcium pyrophosphate deposition disease are diverse and the incidence increases with age,the accurately diagnosis is of great significance.This article reviews the application value of ultrasound in calcium pyrophosphate deposition disease.
