摘　　要：描述了一种可调谐全固态腔外倍频连续671 nm环形激光器的结构参数设计和相关实验研究。采用“8”字环形腔的腔外谐振倍频结构,并基于PDH(Pound-Drever-Hall)锁频技术对外部谐振腔进行腔长锁定,实现激光腔外倍频输出。利用可调谐1342 nm连续光作为基频光光源,在1.3 W基频光输入时,获得650 mW的671 nm红光,光-光转化效率约为50.6%。The structural parameters and related experimental studies of a tunable all-solid-state external-cavity frequency-doubled CW 671 nm ring laser are described in this paper.The“8”ring external-cavity frequency-doubled resonant is adopted,the external resonant cavity is locked based on the PDH(Pound-Drever-Hall)frequency locking technology,and the external-cavity frequency-doubled output is realized.In the experiment we obtain 650mW CW tunable 671nm red light output with 50.6%light conversion efficiency,by using a tunable 1342nm continuous light as the input source at 1.3 W.
