摘  要:为促进城乡区域统筹发展,合理进行民族地区的新农村建设,以横断山系纵谷区景洪市为例,依据频度统计法和区域特点选取评价指标,采用层次分析法确定各指标权重,利用Arc GIS 10.7对农村居民点用地进行适宜性评价。结果表明:(1)居民点用地适宜性分为非常适宜、比较适宜、基本适宜和不适宜4个等级,依次占居民点总面积的6.14%、32.23%、32.69%、28.93%,适宜性等级以比较适宜和基本适宜为主;(2)适宜度高的农村居民点分布集中,集聚作用强,主要集中于坝区和附近的区域;适宜度低的农村居民点分布零散,聚聚条件差,耕地指向性明显。研究结果为居民点用地合理利用和布局优化提供一定依据。In order to promote the integrated development of urban and rural areas and carry out the construction of new rural areas in ethnic areas reasonably, taking Jinghong City located in the valley of Hengduan Mountain System as an example, the evaluation indexes were selected based on the frequency statistics method and regional characteristics, and the weights of each index were determined by AHP,and Arc GIS 10.7 was used to evaluate the suitability of rural settlement sites.The results show that:(1)the suitability of the settlement site is divided into four grades: very suitable, relatively suitable, basically suitable and unsuitable, accounting for 6.14%,32.23%,32.69% and 28.93% of the total area of the settlement, with the suitability grades mainly being relatively suitable and basically suitable.(2)rural settlements with high suitability have a concentrated distribution and strong agglomeration effect, mainly concentrated in the plain area and nearby areas;rural settlements with low suitability have a scattered distribution, poor agglomeration conditions and obvious arable land directionality.The results of the study provide a certain basis for the rational use and layout optimization of rural settlements.
