国土空间规划背景下云南省农产品主产区的划分

摘　　要：近来,新一轮国土空间规划编制对农产品主产区划分提出了更高的要求。在此背景下,基于国家和省级国土空间规划的相关政策要求,采用农业生产的比较优势和短板因素,以县域为研究单元,对云南省的粮食、油料、糖料等9类农产品进行主产区域划分,并根据县域所占农产品主产种类数量将云南省农产品主产区分为了4种级别。结果表明,云南省的一级和二级农产品主产区生产农产品种类较多,主要分布在滇东、滇西和滇西南部分地区;三级农产品主产区生产农产品种类较少,主要集中于滇南、滇中、滇北部分地区;非农产品主产区主要位于滇西北、滇中城市群、滇东北部分地区。Recently, a new round of the formulation of territorial spatial planning has put forward higher requirements for the division of agricultural products’ main production areas.In this context, based on the relevant policy requirements of national and provincial territorial spatial planning, the paper adopted the comparative advantages and shortcomings of agricultural production, and took the county as a research unit to divide the main production areas of nine types of agricultural products in Yunnan Province, including grain, oil, and sugar, etc.,and divided the main producing areas of agricultural products in Yunnan province into four levels according to the number of main agricultural products in the county.The results showed that the primary and secondary agricultural production areas of Yunnan Province produce more types of agricultural products, mainly distributed in parts of eastern, western and southwestern Yunnan.The tertiary agricultural production areas produce fewer types of agricultural products, mainly concentrated in parts of southern, central and northern Yunnan.The main production areas of non-agricultural products are mainly located in parts of northwestern Yunnan, central Yunnan urban agglomerations and northeastern Yunnan.
