摘  要:当前,核工业以及深部地质资源勘探的发展对我国核地学人才提出了新的要求,如何在保持传统优势的基础上,培养出适合国家发展需求的"双创"高素质核地学人才已成为核工业高校亟须解决的问题。东华理工大学测控专业核地学仪器方向采用"三融合"协同"四阶梯"的双创人才培养模式,能够分阶段、有层次地实施核地学特色人才培养,在创新创业人才培养方面取得了显著成效,对深化高校创新创业教育改革有一定的参考意义。At present,the development of nuclear industry and deep geological resources exploration puts forward new requirements for nuclear geoscience talents in China.How to cultivate high-quality nuclear geoscience talents with mass entrepreneurship and innovation ability to meet the national development needs on the basis of maintaining traditional advantages has become an urgent problem to be solved in nuclear industry colleges and universities."Three-fusion"and"four-step"mode of training talents with entrepreneurship and innovation ability in UCIT enables the nuclear geoscience talents training to be carried out in different stages and levels.And we have made remarkable achievements in talents training,which has certain reference significance for deepening the innovation and entrepreneurship education reform in colleges and universities.
