摘 要:以结晶紫内酯、双酚A和十四醇制备的热致变色复配物作为芯材,以三聚氰胺-甲醛树脂作为壁材,通过原位聚合法制备热致变色微胶囊。通过对乳化转速、乳化剂浓度和芯壁比这三个因素进行单因素实验,并以包覆率和粒径作为判断依据,确定了制备微胶囊的优化条件。通过对优化条件下的微胶囊进行DSC、FT-IR和SEM测试,分析了微胶囊的形貌、化学组成和热稳定性能。Thermochromic complexes were prepared by crystal violet lactone,bisphenol A and tetradecanol.Thermochromic complexes were encapsulated by melamine-formaldehyde resin as core material.Thermochromic microcapsule was prepared by in-situ polymerization.In order to study the influencing factors of the coating process,three factors including the emulsification speed,emulsifier concentration and core/shell ratio were designed.The optimal conditions for the preparation of microcapsules were determined by analyzing the encapsulation ratio and particle size of microcapsules.The morphology,chemical composition and thermal stability of microcapsules were analyzed by differential scanning calorimetry(DSC),infrared spectroscopy and scanning electron microscopy for microcapsules prepared under the optimal conditions.
