摘  要:采用一步水热法成功制备出了具有完整微球形貌的氧化铁/还原氧化石墨烯/钨酸铋(Fe_(2)O_(3)-rGO-Bi_(2)WO_(6))异质结复合光催化剂。将不同光催化剂复合、离子掺杂、氧化石墨烯(GO)复合这3种钨酸铋(Bi_(2)WO_(6))催化性能改性方法有效地结合在一起。通过X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(FE-SEM)、紫外可见分光光度计(UV-Vis)等手段系统地研究了不同Fe/Bi比值下Fe_(2)O_(3)-rGO-Bi_(2)WO_(6)样品形貌、晶体结构和可见光光催化性能及其变化规律。结果表明:在石墨烯、异质结以及少量Fe3+离子掺杂的协同作用下,随着Fe/Bi比值从0到1,Fe_(2)O_(3)-rGO-Bi_(2)WO_(6)样品的吸收波长出现先红移再转变为蓝移的现象,禁带宽度相应的先减小后增大,光催化降解速度先增快后逐渐减慢。Fe_(2)O_(3)-reduced graphene oxide(rGO)-Bi_(2)WO_(6)(F-r-B)heterojunction composite photocatalyst with complete microspherical morphology was successfully synthesized by one-step hydrothermal method.The effective combination of three modification methods for BWO catalytic performance,such as combination of different photocatalysts,ion doping and GO composite,was combined effectively together.The morphology,crystal structure,visible-light photocatalytic performance and their evolution trend of F-r-B samples with the different Fe/Bi values were systematically studied using X-ray diffractometer (XRD),scanning electron microscope (FE-ESEM),UV-visible spectrophotometer (UV-Vis)and other analytical instruments.On account of the synergistic effect of rGO,heterojunction and minor Fe3+ion doping,the absorption wavelength of F-r-B samples firstly undergone a red shift and then changed to a blue shift,the band gap correspondingly decreased first and then increased,and its visible light photocatalytic activity first increased and then decreased.
